Arlene Oostenbrink (B.A Psych) is the Associate Director of Programs with Closer To Home Community Services proving clinical leadership to programs and services for the past 25 years. Arlene is an expert in developing and implementing evidenced-based program models, managing complex quality assurance models, developing skilled clinical staff while providing strong organizational leadership. Arlene has worked closely with Indigenous Elders and Knowledge Keepers for the past 10 years to ensure CTH Indigenous programs and services are offered under their guidance and teachings. For the past 10 years, Arlene has provided consultation and development services to social service agencies in the United States and New Zealand to support their efforts in implementing the Teaching Family Model, an evidence-based best practice model for children, youth and adults. Arlene serves as Peer Review Team Leader for the Teaching -Family Association.
